About MSA Horizon
A company built on a family's thirty years in construction, now working in IT and media too.
Where we come from
For more than thirty years, Mr. Mirza Shoukat Ali (Allah Yarhamu) worked in construction and earned the trust of clients who returned to him project after project.
His children now run MSA Horizon to continue that work. The company adds modern engineering, in-house MEP and industrial crews, and its own heavy equipment to the experience he left behind.
Clients who trusted us with their buildings began asking for help with what goes inside them: networks, security systems, websites and marketing. That became our Digital and Media divisions.
We are based in Al Bawadi, Jeddah, registered under Unified National Number 7055210129, and work for developers, contractors, industrial operators, businesses and government bodies.
