About MSA Horizon
A contracting company built on a family's thirty years in construction.
Where we come from
For more than thirty years, Mr. Mirza Shoukat Ali (Allah Yarhamu) worked in construction and earned the trust of clients who returned to him project after project.
His children now run MSA Horizon to continue that work. The company adds modern engineering, in-house MEP and industrial crews, and its own heavy equipment to the experience he left behind.
We are based in Al Bawadi, Jeddah, registered under Unified National Number 7055210129, and work for developers, contractors, industrial operators and government bodies.
